This is all thanks to the Giulianova Civic Museum Pole, which provides three guided tours to explore the city and the backcountry in all its facets:
the first tour is on foot; explore Giulianova's historic center and its museums
the second tour is dedicated to the Sanctuary of Splendor
the third tour, by e-bike, is dedicated to the discovery of the Borsacchio Nature Reserve and the village of Montepagano
Also available are workshops for children organized jointly with the Civic Library "V. Bindi" in Giulianova

At the end of each tour, in Buozzi Square, there will be an aperitif with a chance to taste local delicacies!
Tour 1
Guided tour of the historic center of Giulianova "The First Ideal City of the Renaissance" and its museums.

DURATION: 2 hours COST: €15 per person including the entrance fee to the museums. MEETING PLACE: Information point, Piazza Buozzi, 43, historic center of Giulianova. TRANSPORTATION: can be reached on foot in 25 minutes/private transport and public line transport also available.
Suitable for adults and children (activities also accessible to people with motor and sensory disabilities).
Tour 2
Guided tour of the historic center of Giulianova with a walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Splendor
Aperitif in Buozzi Square to taste local products.
DURATION: 2 hours. COST: €15 per person. MEETING PLACE: Information point, Piazza Buozzi, 43, Historic center of Giulianova. TRANSPORTATION: can be reached on foot in 25 minutes/private transport and public line transport also available.

Tour 3
E-biking among the villages of Montepagano and Giulianova
E-bike ride from Roseto degli Abruzzi to the village of Montepagano, along the Via dell'Accolle; scenic tour to the Borsacchio Regional Reserve to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Splendor. Return to the historic center of Giulianova with the opportunity to visit independently the venues of the Museum Pole (Archaeological Museum "La Rocca" Tower - Sculpture Room "Pagliaccetti" - Civic Art Gallery "V. Bindi").

DURATION: 3 hours COST: €60 per person - €150 for families of 3 MEETING PLACE: "In Bici" Bike Store, Via Nazionale, 410, 64026 Roseto degli Abruzzi, where helmet and bike (included in price) can be picked up. ROUTE: Roseto degli Abruzzi - Montepagano - Borsacchio Reserve - Historic center of Giulianova TRANSPORTATION: Reachable by car in 20 minutes / scheduled public transportation also available.

Giocacultura
Recreational workshops for children at the Civic Museum Pole and the Civic Library "V. Bindi" in Giulianova
The Civic Museum Pole and the Municipal Library "Vincenzo Bindi," together with the departments of Culture and Education, are opening "GiocaCultura," a series of events for children and teens to experience every weekend to learn about the city, its history, its artistic and cultural heritage and more.
Participants will enjoy new educational and fun experiences with:
"My English box," workshops in the library to learn the English language,
Pop-up book building and drawing lessons by Irene Speziale and the team of The Yellow Box ("La Scatola Gialla").
Clay manipulation activities proposed by Professor Noemi Caserta,
Archaeology workshops by archaeologist Andrea Mazzarulli,
Photography technique lessons with "Treasure Hunt" under the guidance of teacher Emanuela Amadio.
DURATION: 1 hour and 30 minutes COST: €8 to €15 (price varies depending on the workshop) MEETING PLACE: Historic center of Giulianova and venues of the Civic Museum Complex WHEN: every week Saturday and Sunday WORKSHOP THEMES: Sculpture/Archaeology/English/Reading and Drawing/Fairy tales and Pop-Up books
